As a skilled art therapist, I know how the art process helps bring awareness from the depths of our psyche to the surface. I have seen over and over when people take that art class, just for fun, or they return to painting after a bit, they find a lot of inner chatter and begin to consider new possibilities.

All of this creativity can be harnessed to heal us, release blocks and increase clarity. As a professional painter, registered art therapist and a Life Mastery Consultant I support women to create the life of their dreams.

I have a few one-on-one spots open where I work with you weekly to both teach you how to paint or improve your painting skills, and explore the chatter, ideas and awareness that comes up to support you to go from where you are to where you want to be.

 

I guide you through the entire process —

During the session, I guide you to clarify what you want to explore, drawing out of you more about what you are telling me, and helping you go deeper.

As you talk about what the drawing reveals to you, I will ask you questions along the way to help you discover more insights from your drawing.

At the end of the session, you decide what you want next.
